I’m Jules Ocean. I design modern, high-quality websites for small businesses and community organizations in the Antelope Valley.

I’ve been interested in web and graphic design since I was 12, and I now focus on creating websites that feel intentional, clear, and aligned with each client’s goals.

I’ve worked with local nonprofits and organizations, with a focus on managing and improving their websites as part of broader outreach efforts. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how websites support real-world communication and community engagement.

My approach to web design focuses on clarity, usability, and creating sites that not only look good, but actually work for the people using them.

I hold associate degrees in Web Design, Graphic Design, and Liberal Arts with a focus on Humanities.
